Club Liability
We
reserve the right to eject anyone who does not abide by the DOJO code
or endangers other students with reckless behaviour during the course of
the session.
Any student of HGR who whilst outside of training
times displays behaviour not in line with the DOJO code, or behaves
in a manner which may bring the club and Karate in
general into disrepute will be stripped of their grade
and disassociated from the club, the governing body will also be informed
so as to prevent any future licence being issued to the student thus
preventing any future training under a recognised body.
The club will not accept liability for loss or
damage to property. All members are responsible for their own property and
should take adequate steps to secure it. In addition we cannot accept liability
for injuries sustained as a result of any individuals own misadventure, or
reckless actions with a criminal intent. Any other accidents will be considered
as such and logged in the sports centres accident record, thus exonerating
the club of any legal or financial responsibility. Any accidents not reported
are at the member’s discretion and will not bear any legal or financial
responsibility.
